My car has just been repossessed by Crescent Bank & Trust. Will I be able to get the vehicle back?

I live in the state of Florida. My payments are 2 months and 1 week behind.

The ONLY way to get your car back is to pay the lender the money you owe them. You owe them 2 months payments plus all the fees they'll add on for the repo. You won't get any "payment arrangements", you already had those and didn't pay. You'll need to pay them in full if you want the car back.

The only way that car is coming home is to payoff all the money you owe them and bring your account current.

First of all two months behind that is too far behind, Lender will attempt contacting you with late notices and repo warnings before they can pick up the car but it sounds like you disregard these letters therefore you have to pay them in full including fees. Let's say you decide not to redeem your car, the will sale it in auction then they will come after you with your remaining balance if you continue to disregards their letters again they will garnish your income or bank accounts if you have any. Best way to resolve this call their collection department set up a payment plan at least a minimum of $100. hardship monthly to 6 months max. They will work with you but don't break any payment arrangements because that will be their reason to proceed the garnishment. The key is to communicate with them otherwise they will think you are just running away from your obligation Remember they will come to collect no matter how and when they have employees that does this on a daily basis so they will not go away and they have the tools to trace you. Protect yourself by communicating with them explain your hardship lenders are good with this.

It's all up to Crescent Bank & Trust. Try asking them.

You will have to pay them at least the amount you owe them, to date, plus repo, storage and admin fees.
Since you breached the terms of the agreement, then they may make you pay off the entire loan amount before they release the vehicle. It is well within their right to do this, as the agreement you signed is no longer valid.

Will I be able to get the vehicle back?

Maybe, maybe not.

Not sure why you're asking this here rather than getting ready to call them up first thing in the morning.

What did you end up doing? were you able to get your car back by just paying what was due or did they ask you to pay off the entire loan?

?

you have to pay the money first, but you most likely just ruined your credit.
