The address looks very suspicious.No one in England would recognise it as a real London address If you Google "Plot 627 Sokode Crescent Banking Zone5" you get listings for Abuja in Nigeria.I wouldn't have have anything to do with it.
I don't think it is legitimate. It certainly doesn't sound like a London address and if you put Sokode Crescent into Google Earth, it takes you to Chicago. Google search does not find a single Post Charter Bank. It's surely a phishing exercise and your friend should not provide any details of her bank accounts.
A post code would help.
The address looks false. Zone 5 is one of the London Tube Zones in the outer suburbs.

Nothing came up. It would have a post code on the end if it was London.
The only Sokode Crescent that I could find is in Abuja, Nigeria.... a country well known for scams.
Your friend has clicked a link in a scam email by the sounds of things. They will need to change passwords and up their computer secutiry and I hope they have not given out any banking info or other personal details or ot could be very serious.
Never click links or respond to banking offers online without thoroughly checking the company out beforehand.
Sounds like a scam.If your friend has not applied for a loan and they are asking for details then it is a scam trying to get those details.Do not reply,report it and delete it and you apply for loans,I am sorry,but they do not give them to you first and besides plot 627 is not a post code/zip code.
