You guys got any idea about the logo of Bank Negara Malaysia and its origin? Its a figure of a deer/stag with a full moon and a crescent moon. Best answer receives 10 points :-)

it's a picture of an old coin used during malay sultanate rule.

also, the logo for bank simpanan national BSN is derived from golden money tree - a symbolic gift from malay sultans [kedah, kelantan, trengganu] to thai king. given annually. not sure whether the pattani sultans do this also

the deer means sang kancil, a very clever animal in malayan history. Putting it in the bank logo means that the bank is clever enough to earn money.
the crescent moon and blue background means islam.
the round moon means all malaysian money reunite together.
