Nobody here has any idea what "bank fraud" you're talking about or what "compensation" you might get, if any. You said yourself that you get "amazing" tips, so you're getting more than minimum wage of $7.25 an hour, right? None of that has anything to do with "the bank."

If you want a coherent answer, you're going to have to write a question that might have an answer. K thanks.

The bank has nothing to do with when you get your paycheck (even if it's direct deposit).
= no, the bank will not compensate you for a late paycheck.
= if you are getting your paycheck late, you need to ask your employer about the problem which might just be related to their payroll schedule.

The minimum wage in TX for tipped employees is $2.13 an hour. You are being paid 2-cents over the minimum wage. There is nothing illegal going on related to how much you are paid.

You are free to quit but there may not be anything wrong going on.

Don't work for the bank - not involved in case - have no clue if this is true.

However, how much they have to give you - is how much they owe you. Meaning pay for the hours worked. Not likely any more than that.
