You can always buy a car for cash. The banks would not be involved at that point. So just save up ahead of time and buy a car once you can afford to.
You will not get loan from any banks, but you can buy without resorting to loan.
buy what you can afford to pay CASH for...
save up... nothing else you can do.
and yes, if ONE bank denies you a loan, it goes into a general database and on your permanent credit record.
