I wasn't aware there are any accusations that were being taken seriously about Putin.
He comes across as more interested in the power than in the Money, so he will be happy with a fat State pension, and a few quid in the bank, as long as he has the strings of power.
There will be no $billions, squatted around the world, not his style.
Don't forget Swiss bank accounts, where in Switzerland, they keep the bank accounts with an extra degree of privacy. Many dictators have Swiss bank accounts. After they die, then these bank accounts can be revealed, if a revolution takes place and the new government wants to know. That's what happened to Gaddaffi and Saddam Hussein, who are both dead.
