What would you do if your friend took your check to the bank and cashed and she brought back half of it?

First, I'd say...bullshit the bank would only cash half of it..banks don't work like that!...then I'd ask for the rest of the money...if I got it, I'd probably let it go....if not, I'd kick her ***!!...either way, the friendship wouldn't ever be like it was...trust is important in every/any relationship...

The first thing I would do is call the bank, the second thing I'd do is call the police. The bank is not going to cash half the check, how dumb does your friend think you are?

Why would you have your friend take you check to the bank in the first place without writing on the back FOR DEPOSIT ONLY?
Get the deposit slip and take your friend to the bank and have the story explained in front of all parties involved. If the friend doesn't produce the missing funds(after you have proof they took it) then there is always 911.

I would immediately take my friend back to the bank, and confront her/him there.
No bank only cashes half of a check ! They either will, or they won't.
I'd also check out some different friends !

You may not agree with me, but when it comes to my money I take things very serious. The first thing to do is find out if your friend was telling the truth, if you find out they weren't and the money can't be recovered I'd press charges for fraudulent activity. That's just me though I don't play when it comes to money like I said before I work too d*** hard for it!

I'd be at the bank, calling the cops and raising all kinds of hell against that lying sack of ****. And I'd keep at it until she gave me all my money.

I would tell her that no sane person would believe her, and demand my money. Tell her that she should have refused if the bank really said that, it is not her money to f**k around with!

I would be waving goodbye as the police took her away in handcuffs after I beat her till she could'nt even blink.
