I've had an account on Bank of America for a few years, but after having problems with identity theft transactions several time and no help from customer service, and getting burnt by overdraft fees thanks to their "biggest to lowest" transaction clearing processing, I really, really want to change to...

Honestly if you have a local bank, go for it, not permanently, just for now. I, I live in the San Joaquin Valley Ca had an account with B of A and I had money mysteriously DISAPPEAR from my saving that I haven't touched, and this wasn't just four or five dollars, it was more like 50 to 70 dollars a month. So I closed my account there and just went to a nice local bank that I can trust to keep my money. I know this isn't much help, but if you know anyone who works at a bank, they would know what bank is more honest.
