Yes i think
Paypal or creditd card. (some countries has some temporary sort a credit card that bills your account directly and here in my country u can get that on a cash machine as can work until a limit of 1 week I guess) this last not good for paying tiers or something like that. Other solution is selling directly to someone you know on RL.
For larger amounts Linden will post to you a check for a fee, the check is from LindenLabs, but minimum amount is 100 USD and theres is a processing fee.(but they only post to USA mainland)
Dont know if they stopped this service or not,
