Well, I can tell you NOT Bank of America. I tried for years to get away from them. I finally did about three years ago. They're online banking was horrendous. The customer service was non-existent.
They just bought two of the companies that I have debts through! I tried so hard! Plus, if you have seen the video of the guying singing about Bank of America, you need to. It's is scary. Of course, the Devil (a.k.a. Bank of America) had it pulled from YouTube. But even David Cross got into the act, mocking them.
I prefer WAMU. I really haven't had any bad experiences with them. When I was opening my account after moving to California, B of A wanted to charge me for everything including, seeing a teller to make deposits, more than 5 calls a month to the automated account information line, ATM withdrawals from B of A machines. I couldn't believe it so I went to WAMU. I know it's different now, but even when B of A was charging for everything, WAMU provided all of these services free of charge and no charge for my checking account. WAMU was also so helpful when I set up my business accounts, I'm glad I went to them initially.

Bank Of America. i have them, I am on top of my account, I had two unauthorized charges and they saved me. There is a bank at least a mile away apart.
Easy Rules, Customer Service is OK.
I have banked with BofA for several years. Customer service by phone is sometimes questionable but face to face has always been good
