Two things for you.
1. See for yourself that a bank is seeking payment through Western Union channel and not through its own bank; what it shows - just a fraud. The obvious contradiction should have given you the answer.
2. Desist writing English sentences in Capital letters. Write in proper format for obvious reasons for your own good.
These types of mails are spam or junk mails and kindly ignore these kind of mails as they are wastage of time...
Also i dont know why they are spreading rapidly these days...
