Scam. Search the bank on Google. If it were genuine it would flag up straightaway.
If they contacted you by email then it is a scam. Some scammers even send letters. If they ask for any up front money then it is certainly a scam.
I live in Malaysia and I wanted to tell you i never heard of this bank. Be careful..
