How should I convince my brother not to leave his job at the bank? He says its boring.?

He's childish, and doesn't listen to my mom or dad. He's only 20 years old. Whenever i talk to him on the phone, all he says is that he will not go to work tomorrow. I am overseas and not with him but my mom and dad are. Does anybody have any solution for this?

When I started at the bank I was convinced I was not going to be a "lifer" as well. Needless to say, 15 years later- I am still here.
The nice thing is that while I worked there it gave me time to grow up. A job is like any relationship, you can fall in and out of love. Tell him not to make a permanent decision about a temporary situation!
Look up the definition of "recession" and "depression" . We are in a depression, not a recession! It would be wise to maintain any job you currently have!

Sounds like your immature brother needs some "tough love" like having to fend for himself and worry about how he is going to eat, live and support himself.........he needs to humble.........does he know how many millions of people would love to have his "boring" job..................we're in a recession and he is ungrateful!
