i think it is the first bank note to have queen Elizabeth on it. it is green and on the back it looks like it has a picture of a coin and some Designs

That is not legal tender and is worth nothing.

Though it was once had a face value of one pound, the UK regularly declares it's notes not legal tender after a period of circulation in order to encourage the transition to newer issues and designs thereby reducing the risk of counterfeit currency without the cost of enforcement. Hence the bank note has been out of circulation for a significant period of time and technically has no legal value. You can still exchange it for modern currency at specific banks but in general it's only value is the collectors value and though illiquid, such a value could be much higher. What's shown in the article is the artwork not an actual banknote.

Nothing. It is not a real piece of currency if it has the features you describe. For one, the British currency is pounds sterling, not dollars.
