all i have heard is the banks are going to take this all the way
europe court ect ect.
The case was heard and a decsion recently made which was broadly favourable to the Office of Fair Trading and the consumer. It does look like the banks will appeal, so it looks like it will take quite a bit longer as the wheels of justice turn
I thought it was, but have not heard any more. I have in fact written to my bank about their sharp practices and have been promised they will be looking into it. If they don't i will seeing legal redress.
