100% SCAM for so many reasons
1 - that is NOT the address of Standard Chartered Bank. Their real address is Basinghall Avenue. Check their website http://standardchartered.com/uk/cont...
2 - that is NOT the email address of Standard Chartered Bank. If it's not from @standardchartered.com it is NOT from Standard Chartered. The scammers even misspelled the name in the first address and a major bank would NEVER use a free @yahoo address
3 - that is NOT the phone number of Standard Chartered Bank -- again check the bank's website which lists the correct phone number. They gave you a known Nigerian scam phone number

4 -that is NOT the name of Standard Chartered's Managing Director. A single call to the REAL Standard Chartered on the number on their website will confirm there is no such person

This is some scammer in India using a Nigerian scam number and fraudulently using Standard Chartered's name who is trying to steal your money
