Change Counters at Banks in the Oakland/SF Area?

Are there any banks in the Oakland/SF area that have change counters where I can cash in 1.5 gallons of change? Anyone hear the jingling of change being counted as they make a transaction? Every branch tells me I have to contact another branch and I don't want to make 50 calls. And since I got all this change a...

Try a smaller bank- they are usually nicer about things and more eager to help. Also, if you ask for the supervisor and explain your situation it may help because the first person that answers the phone just follows the rules and a manager may be able to make an exception.
