Hi, I planned to do my MS in Norway, fee is free but the country is so expensive to stay, the university i'm going to study doesn't provide Accommadation, however there's a students welfare community from the college do provide it. i don't know if i'll get a documantation from them to apply for...

For SBI to grant you loan for your studies at Norway,you will have to produce the original admission letter and a document from the University stating the fees for admission and living expenses.

All Norwegian unis and colleges have student housing as far as I know. Aren't you planning on UiO?
