Yes. first off, ask them for the money back pointing out that the office of fair trading has ruled that they are breaking the law.If they refuse put it in writing warning them that you are prepared to take them to court if needed.

it depends on why you were charged them. If banks error then yes!

it depends what theyve charged you for. if its there error then you should be able to claim your charges back. othersise ask to see the manager
