how do i go about claiming my bank charges ive went on to a few sites but they want my bank details and i don't want to give them out. any advice would be helpfull. cheers

you need to meet Martyn Lewis the money expert - there are letters you can download from his website and send off.

the website is moneysavingexpert.co.uk - do not give your bank details to anyone!

im currently reclaiming my bank charges through Gladstone Brooks. they are a highly recommended company, have you tried them?

there are websites out there which you can download letters from too but im unsure on them

Go onto the Moneysaving.com website - there are example letters and full instructions there on how to do it.
