Philips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire...excellent school
Have your Mom or Dad get the atm card for you and you can use it.
Or, you can have them make an electronic transfer of money to a bank close to the school with authorization for your use.
Also contact the school....they may already have something set up for foreign students.
Good luck.

Your parent is going to have to get you a credit card. Talk to your mom or dad and ask if they can make you an authorized user on one of their curent credit cards.
You get a shiny credit card with your name on it to use anywhere you want. No bank will let you open an account in the US.

Nope - Sorry. You need to be 18 to sign a legal contract. Now, a debit or a prepaid card rules could be different, not sure.

MadMan

No. As a non-resident, you cannot open an account in the US.

You will need a parent to sign up on your behalf at that age.
