This could be due to a number of reasons. They could be updating the site, or have updated recently which created an error.
It could also be a problem with your bank account. or password. Id simply recommend waiting it out or contacting the banks tech support.
For security reasons though make sure whenever you are signing into a website that hosts confidential information that you verify the address in your browsers address bar is correct, there are known reports of people creating websites to look identical to others but the addresses have slight typos, or ending with a different suffix, and then stealing your information, and this may be reason for the blank screen aswell...so make sure the address is correct. Banking websites are among the most secure sites on the internet, and aslong as your aware of things like the issue i stated above your money and personal information is safe.
