In the UK Tuesday IS a bank holiday because Christmas day and Boxing day were on the weekend.
So the Post office will be closed tomorrow as will the banks be.
Edit: Most posts actually say the country of origin was, unless of course some people registered under.com rather than .co.uk, but other than that, underneath the person's question it will state what country of origin was. Therefore if anyone had bothered to look you would see this was in the UK.

Because christmas and boxing day were at the weekend they are classing today as christmas day and tomorrow as boxing day and they don't open till 29th - Glasgow.
Since tomorrow is not a bank holiday, they will be open as usual.
