1. Raw's Money in the Bank ladder match: Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Alex Riley vs. R-Truth vs. The Miz vs. Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger.

-- Del Rio: the safe money is on a Heel due to Raw's current and likely long term Champion being Face AND past MitB wins are often Heels (save for Punk's 1st if I recall)

2. Smackdown Money In The Bank: Kane vs. Sin Cara vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Wade Barrett vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Justin Gabriel vs. Heath Slater vs. Sheamus

-- Danial Bryan... it'll reafirm that WWE has faith in him on a night where other Indy Darling leaves... and odds are good the cash in, when it happens comes with a heel turn

3. Singles (WWE Divas Championship): Kelly Kelly (c) vs. Brie Bella

-- Kelly Retains, after failed twin magic -- either ending in DQ or she beats the fresh one as well

4. Singles (WWE Championship): John Cena (c) vs. CM Punk

-- Cena: the odds are always in his favor as the Poster Boy and with punk leaving I don't see the belt going with him (add to that the Cena's "fired" if he fails its too much to replace both the belt and a top guy-- even if he's only just as fired as he was last fall it still pulls him completely out of the title scene for months)

5. Singles: Big Show vs. Mark Henry

-- Henry: I'm skewing face as a whole on this card so I see Henry, the heel, getting this to balance the card

6. Singles (World Heavyweight Championship): Randy Orton (c) vs. Christian

-- Christian by DQ: he is going to engineer a DQ on Orton so that he wins and gets the belt... more often than not when they use that stip, especially on a face champion it means he's about to be screwed

-- look for Edge in a cameo, or an unholy alliance between Christian and Sheamus (especially if Sheamus wins MitB contrary to my pick) in either case the 3rd man runs in, hits Christian, bell rings Orton is pissed, Christian is Champion

-- bonus points if Christian and his 'attacker' shake hands/hug it out once he has possession of the strap -- and Orton gets his rematch because its clear in hind sight that it was a set up
