no it won't. It has numerous grammatical and spelling errors. Seeking or looking for, not seeking for. If you want a job in a bank, a job that is not with their advertising department, then putting your skills as an illustrator at the top under special skills is worthless and tells them you use the same resume for any and all applications.
"Accomplishments
• Earn a 3.4% raise after working for a month
• Earn a $3.00 tip from a customers for offering help" - are meaningless and earning a tiny tip is such a small thing that waitresses do every day- looks like you are trying to fill space. "brake other employees"- spell check is not enough to catch the wrong words- same sound, different meaning. In as much as it pertains to finding work at a bank, serving food and giving others a break are meaningless.

"Able to exceed customer expectations: customer provides me a copy to improve. I enhanced ideas, use my own creativity with requirements asked from customer. Make sure that customer is satisfied with my work.
• Able to work under deadlines with high volume of work: Received 100+ damaged originals. Digitally repaired each file. Meet the deadline to complete project" you switch back and forth from past to present. Choose one!

Oh, and no one cares that you were a cheerleader. Oh, and only a junior in high school? no one will employ you at a bank.

Same problems as the first time you asked - a number of grammar and punctuation (or lack thereof) mistake. Your accomplishments need to go in your cover letter and be tailored to the job that is posted or you are applying for - showing that you have contributed in the past to an employers success and these skills can contribute to the prospective employer's success.

I see few if any changes from the first time you posted this inquiry even though you have had at least 24 hours to improve this.
