If you took the loan out in the last 6 years they have to BY LAW give you a copy of the agreement and you don't have to tell them why you want it as it is your right to have this info under the data protection act plus any other info they have on you. HOWEVER your bank ARE allowed to charge you a fee like a admin fee for this. The law says that the charge must be fair and reasonable most company's charge around £10 to £25.
