Duh???? We are in a state emergency ? Schools are closed and even government offices are closed.
So far banks in Virginia haven't been closed yet. It's every likely they might close in the afternoon depending on power outages but have been known in Virginia to stay open even with power outages.
I'll bet they will. From VA.
