Why is the money in my bank account gone?

This morning I had around 100 dollars in my bank account I just checked my online account and it says description Kayla tax levy and it took out 108 dollars, all the money I had in there.I haven't even used the card in a couple days and have no idea what this means I cant call the bank until morning I am...

call the 800 number on the back of your atm card and report your card lost/stolen. then call the bank in the morning to get this situation taken care of. you should not be held responsible for something you did not do!

Obviously someone tool it, call your bank someone is using your account.
