I've answered this before and I don't understand why it is so hard to understand. The Miz and Alex Riley use the Money In The Bank Briefcase as a weapon. The WWE Booking Team is scripting them carrying the Briefcase around and using it to hit opponents and win matches.
Well I guess The Miz wants the Money in the Bank Briefcase on the ground so he more pain could be endorsed when he hits his Finishing Move, The Scull Crushing Finale.
I thought that, too, and the only logical thing I can come up with is to remind fans that don't watch every week. Most people in the IWC are hardcore fans that watch every week, so they don't miss anything. Other fans, though, may not watch every week, and if someone missed the episode where The Miz became champ, they would be lost. Seeing Alex with the briefcase will remind them, "Hey, Miz is champ, this is how he got there, he cashed in Money in the Bank."
They can use the money in the bank briefcase for a weapon .
