Why do Al Qaeda 'rebels' in Libya feel it is so important to privatize the Central Bank of Libya?

This Bank was Nationalized under Qaddafi and didn't charge interest on it's loans to Libyans.

So why do the Al Qaeda 'rebels' who are trying to take over the Country feel it so important to privatize the Central Bank?

All thoughts welcome.

Al Queda and all the other rebels are just being used as a tool . The very REASON there was a invasion of Libya was to stop the dinar ( gold backed currency ) and to establish a central bank based on debt, not earned money . A common theme of most invasions for the Rothschild central bank, carried out by the UN and co - conspirators . We should purge the planet of the Rothschilds and all bloodlines leading to them . They are a cancer on humanity .

Al Qaeda may be fighting but they're not for the creation of a central bank. The heads of the rebellion negotiated that with America in the very beginning. They needed to offer something to NATO to get them to help. Sadly, to get the muscle (mafia) in you have to sell yourself out. Creating a central bank will allow the US to manipulate their economy to the favour of the western powers. Ultimately the new government will be just the same as the old, but because (at least for the short term) they'll be pro-American and have a central bank, America will applaud the new dictator.

It would help if you didn't just brand them as being aligned with Al Qaeda, despite there being almost nothing in the way of evidence to support that.

To answer the question, I think they feel that it might help spur economic growth in the country, however I am not too sure about the details.

Edit: Right, so a single isolated case suggesting a few small Al Qaeda ties makes the whole movement a terrorist takeover? No.
