Which department stores still use their own banks for their credit cards?

I already have a target card and they use target bank. Some stores use banks such as citibank chase etc. But my credit is decent but not perfect so I want to apply for another department store card, but want one with the store who still uses their own banks. Does anyone have a list or know of a few how about...

It's a clothing store rather than a department store, but I know Talbot's still uses it's own bank, obviously titled Talbot's National Bank. Also, JCPenney uses the JCPenney National Bank.

To mention the stores you inquired about, Macy's uses Department Stores National Bank (also a very fitting name), Walmart uses GE Money Bank, and Bestbuy uses HSBC.
