Which banks own the Fed ?

I was told that the Fed is owned by the 12 biggest Banks in US - SlaveShipAmericaA, but are those banks the district banks (like New York Fed, Boston Fed etc.) or Fed is owned by another 12 banks and these are only parts of Fed?

The NY Fed and the 11 others are actually branches of the Federal Reserve. They don't really "own" the fed--they are part of it.

The Fed was created by the Federal Government, so they really are the owners. Anybody who claims that the fed is owned by foreign banks has been lied to about how it's organized and owned, because all of that is spelled out in the law.

Not a federal entity look it up, it was voted in when Congress away for Christmas vacation. They used the word Federal to fool people like you.
