Any local Realtor that specializes in Foreclosures would be able to help you with that.

Any commission earned by the Realtor is paid by the Seller (bank) anyway so it is free to you.

You can also go on the major banks websites and search for REO (bank owned foreclosures) properties. They usually don't sell them directly, but will refer you to the selling agent.
