'm trying to make a little extra money by donating blood, maybe even plasma but I have no idea where I can go, Does anyone know anywhere in Northwest Indiana? Maybe in Gary, Portage, or Valpo?

Blood banks dont pay for blood. Plasma centers do. Keep inmind you are not going to get much the first time. Its the repeaters that make the money, and it is NOT much.
