You are able to change your money at any of these places, but typically I have found the best exchange rates at Marks and Spencer. You are also able to change at the post office.
You tend to lose a lot of money in the exchange rate when you convert currency from pounds to another currency and back again, so if you intend to travel to Europe again in the future, I would recommend that you don't change the money unless you need the pounds now.

I think that at the Royal Bank of Scotland, they can change any type of currency
by experience you should exchange your foreign currency at the bank of scotland to get a better rate.
I would definitely go to a bank. They tend to charge the least discount.
