I have asked the same question, and from what I am told the banks are sitting on it. Why? i don't get it. The reports want people to buy houses, cars, but they are not giving loans, I havent heard even with almost perfact credit you may not get that loan. So I guess the only people that can buy anything are the CEO who have the money

Capitalists are sitting over all the money they have. That`s why the Interest rate paid by US Treasury Bills is so low.

Time to turn off the spigot to every bailed-out business that fails to come up with an accounting of where the money went.

The big money players in the financial markets who lost big got their butts saved . So they could play again .

The only answer I can even think of giving you is to contact the Politicians who agreed to give it to them. AND don't let them give you the runaround, it's your money.
