TSYS is basically a credit card processing company based in Columbus GA but has a wide global presence. Synovus is a financial holding company that operates numerous banks throughout the southeast that is also based in Columbus. TSYS 2 may be some kind of processing or system that they have there. These two companies are closely related and are almost always mentioned together. TSYS doesn't operate banks themselves, though.
