I am not quite sure what you have. There is no such thing is a 1929 $20 Federal Reserve Note. There is, however, a 1929 $20 Federal Reserve Bank Note which has a brown seal and says "NATIONAL CURRENCY" at the top of the bill. (There is also a 1928 $20 Federal Reserve Note which has a green seal and says "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE" at the top of the bill, but it does not contain the signatures you listed, so I am assuming this is not what you have.)

Assuming it is a Federal Reserve Bank Note a collector would expect to pay about $100 to $150 for it assuming your estimate of its' condition is accurate. Of course, if you sell it to a retailer he will pay less since he needs to make a profit reselling it to a collector.
