But, better way is to get ICICI Infinity login and link all your accounts to that ID. You can mail ICICI customer care executives directly through that login.

I Ram Swaroop Kalra, R/O V & PO Ratera, Disst. Bhiwani, Haryana - 127035.
I have an HP LPG connection. From when the subsidy system is issued by
the Government, I have deposited my Aadhaar Number as well as bank
account detail to my distributor. The 1,2,3 and 4th Subsidy are
transferred in my same account. But the 5th and 6th Subsidy are
transferred in ICICI account.
Whereas i Have not any account in your ICICI Bank.
When i was go to the LPG distributor they asked that the ICICI Bank
Updated your Aadhaar no. On 11-05-2015 With an Account.
I Request You to please give me the clarification on this matter.
Check my Aadhaar Card Detail which have linked in your bank account. I
Have only last Digit of account no. which is 3081. With your help of
Clarification I Claim to my LPG Distributor.
I Have attached herewith given detail by LPG Distributor in which your
bank name updated on 11-05-2015.

My son Shobintos P.T.was holding Chief Manager post in your bank, Mega branch, Bangalore He died on 4.11.2014 after a brief illness. He has left behind his aged sick parents and his wife and a child. Both his parents are senior citizens. His mother is suffering from cancer and his father heart ailments. They are obliged to be maintained under the senior Citizens Act.
My son has availed a loan of Rs.22,00,000/-( Rs. Twenty two lakhs only) and there is an outstanding of Rs.15,64,988/.
After setting of the aforesaid loan the balance amount if any out his terminal benefits may be paid over to his parents, his wife and child as law stipulates. The request is made in view of our pathetic condition, who have cared, looked after and educated him, to earn his employment. The senior Citizen Act mandates that they be protected against abandonment and dereliction.

There is no specific mail id for ICICI bank customer care.
But, they have a link in their website through which we can contact them.

And, one more thing is - they RESPOND to our mail. Very recently, I had a problem with my bond; I mailed them through this link only and they responded within 24 hours.
