I need a bank with APY yield of about 3.5-4%. I don't have a driver's license number yet to open the account because i am new in the USA, but is have a SSN. I need only a debit card and no credit card: i don't want to pay any kind of monthly fees. I want a bank that does have IRAs too. What is the right...

Charles schwab -- is ok == if you want to go with a brokerage firm edward jones is a good one and another bank you need to look into is bank of america!!!

Try HSBC personal banking if you want it completely online. If you want online and have branch services, I would choose PNC or Bank of America
