Unless you have 620 or better, it is not worth trying. Lenders continue to tighten the lending restrictions. Stay away from Lending Tree and other such services, your credit will be pullled over and over, taking a smack down to your already challenged score.
Right now..NONE not a one.
My advise is to seek a FHA loan.
