I believe that the Dictionary should have as definition for Criminal, (See also STUPID).
Every criminal believes that they are smarter than the system or smarter than the last guy or smarter than the cops. We have whole prisons full of 'Smart' guys...
As for me I think I will stay away from the place 'Smart' guys go....
