-Gas or electricity bill*
-Telephone bill (not mobile)*

-Council tax bill**

* Must be less than 3 months old.
** Must be less than 12 months old.

Since you are on benefits, you can go to your local CAB, they can advise you what ID you need and what bank you can go to for opening an account, not all banks will open an account for people on benefit.
