Just what it asks. Basically what countries on this planet do NOT have a central banking model such as we the United States do? Best answer gets ten points

Well, don't know the full list but here are some examples.

Ecuador and Panama don't have their own monetary systems, they just use US dollars, which of course they do not control that money system. They may or may not have "central banks", but if they do, those central banks do not perform the full functions of a typical central bank.

The member nations of the Euro Zone do not individually have central banks that do what central banks do. They do in fact have national central banks that do SOMETHING (not sure what), but those banks are not the monetary authorities and cannot create money. However this may not be the answer you were looking for, because there is one true European Central bank.

Don't know about the others.
