What can i do on a bank holiday monday?

I wish I was back in Ireland just for that bank holiday. We could do with more of them here.

Jarvis Street Shopping Centre is open from 12noon-6pm on bank holiday Monday.

Stephen's Green Shopping Centre is open 12noon-6pm too.

If you feel like a little trip out to the sub-burbs Dundrum will be open 10am-7pm.
