My wife and I went to open a business acct. at our local bank in Spencer County, Indiana. We had the necess. paperwork from the IRS to use the biz Tax ID to open the acct. They refused to open the account without us providing a Social Security #. When we told them our other bank didn't require our personal...

You can only sue them if the comment hurt you in someway...such as you were arrested....or you lost business and can prove it was because of the comment.

The best you can do is contact her boss and just take your business elsewhere.
