What bank allows a 14 year old to have a debit card?

Im 13 but will be fourteen i 2 weeks i want a debit card because my mom is giving me 300 dollars but i want a debit card what bank in arlington TX lets a 14 year old get a debit card?

I live in Indiana and Chase bank lets you get a debit card at 13+ or maybe any age.. Your mom has to go to the bank with you and give to form of identification. So probably a birth certificate and a medical record. You have to have at least $15 I think, and you are way past that. Once you go there, just ask for more details.

Debit cards are just like credit cards; only difference is that debit cards is using money from bank and credit cards is borrowing money and will charge you money if you do not pay back in time. Credit cards you have to be at least 18, but I think for debit cards, you can have one as long as you have a bank account; but I think answerer #2 is right too

They may let you have a debit card with your mom's as cosigner. Or you could buy 3 $100 prepaid cards at Walmart. They work just like debit cards.

Green Dot -- sorry, but banks cannot by law make contracts with minors - that means that even with money you cannot have a checking account - you can have a savings account, but your parents have to sign for it.
