I have accounts at both, and they're pretty much the same. The only significant difference in my experience is that my local WF branch is better staffed than my local BoA branch. The walk-in customer service is better at WF than at BoA. But this could just be a difference in my local branches.
Wells Fargo....My company just left BoA for various legitimate reasons....
Unfavorable cooperation and lack of business understanding is a simple way to put it....
