It has been a bone of contention for some time now. Yes, we could do with one more Bank holiday date for our calendar, let this day be Trafalgar Day on Oct 25. This date commemorates Nelson's victory over the French at Trafalgar and would be in the middle of the period between Summer Bank Holiday and Xmas, to help break up the long spell without.
