In Singapore you will not get paid for donating any type of blood. You do get hot Milo (cocoa drink) and biscuits though.
Nobody ever got paid here for donating blood. Well if you are just a tourist I dun think you can give blood.
In Singapore, It's illegal to sell organs or blood.
